Involve AskHow2 offers clients a managed web based portal for the capture and sharing of know-how. Our fully customisable software platform can also be integrated with existing learning materials and link to other internal resources as necessary.

All know-how within AskHow2 is presented in a simple and concise ‘Knowledge Byte’ structure, accessed through a bespoke taxonomy or search engine. The service allows users to critique, rate and discuss knowledge byte content to advance best practice.

Uniquely individual members of staff drive the development of the service by directly requesting know-how themselves in the form ‘How do I…’ type questions. The relevant knowledge is then sourced by one of our dedicated Account Managers from within the organisation, leading to cross departmental collaboration and the creation of a tangible corporate asset.

Our monthly analysed reports highlight current usage trends and know-how gaps, enabling training provisions to be better focused and more relevant saving money and time.
